When i log into my emails it all comes up as normal then before anything can be looked at or pressed it flashes to a white screen

When i log into my emails it all comes up as normal then before anything can be looked at or pressed it flashes to a white screen.

I press refresh and it comes back to my emails then flashes white again after 1 second. I cant access emails from my computer atall. 

I have a mac
