when I log in to my emails it comes up with Microsoft Account and I cant see how I can get to my emails??

When I log into my emails it takes me to the Microsoft Account page but how can I get from here to my emails?? Tried logging in and out a few times and still takes me to the same page.

This has been since they stopped linking emails addresses which is a right pain!!
