There must be a simple answer to this but I'm stumped. I have Outlook for Mac with two accounts, one a personal gmail and another an Exchange email. When I create a contact in the Mail pane, it appears to create (I have tried this multiple ways, through 'New>Contact', saving contacts from email messages). However, it does not appear in the Contacts pane and does not appear when you search (whether Address Book, Contacts, or All Folders). Nor does it appear when you try and send an email message. This is happening whether I am in either the gmail or the Exchange account. What on earth is happening?
