When I click on HELP in the most recent version of WORD, I get this message: “Help isn’t working, but you can still go to Office.com.” If I can’t get help, how do I find someone to help me?

When I click HELP in the most recent version of WORD, I get this message:  "Help isn't working, but you can still go to Office.com"  I am very frustrated - can anyone assist me?
