When I click on an email, I get a message that it’s not there and that I should refresh the folder. But, that doesn’t work!

Here's the exact response that I get when I click on an email to open it:

 

The message you selected could not be found. It may have been moved or deleted. Please click the folder again to refresh the view.           
 
I've tried and tried, but cannot get a response that will allow me to read any email in my Hotmail account!
