Original Title: Photo Gallery

When I open A program that I want to add a profile photo in an address book i.e. Xfinity web site. When I brose to download a pic the window for Photo Gallery will not show pics but the logo for Photo Gallery. The same thing will happen if I use Internet Explorer but instead of pictures it will show the IE logo. What is with this? How can this be corrected? Not going to try the Control Panel, click on Windows Essentials and click change. Read the results of that and it didn't work for anyone who tried. Sorry, but 8.1 worked much better than 10. I think Windows should have worked the bugs out of 10 before rushing to make it available.
