I am having a similar problem.  I have 400+ contacts, most of these are in "Categories".  One category is a Club of which I am the treasurer.  I have approx. 130 members listed, another is a contact category is a group of friends - about 50 there.  I used to be able to send emails to either or group as a BCC to the email which I sent to a dump address I use.  For the past few months however this is not working.  The various contact groups are showing in my contacts but unfortunately whilst I am showing the various numbers in each category the categories are blank.  When I BCC a category nothing appears in the BCC.   

Is there a solution to this.
