I have a customer using the most recent version of Windows Live Mail for Calendar (with Windows 7) and he's not able to create a "New Event" and select "Birthday" as an option and wants to know why.  Birthday's is a sub-category on the side to display/hide, so he can manually change it to a Birthday later, I believe.  But he cannot simply click "New Event" and choose Birthday right off the bat.

Anybody have any ideas?

Don't know any other helpful pieces of information.  I don't even have his laptop with me currently, so I was hoping to find some suggestions before he brought it back in.  I couldn't find any useful information online elsewhere.
