I also get this "Sorry there seems to be a problem with outlook at the moment" message. Today is Tuesday, July 30, 2013, and I have been trying for 2 days to close my account after it was hacked. It says I have to deactivate my account, but when I click on the blue link "deactivate my account," that's when I get the message quoted above. Please help me. this account was compromised by someone outside the U.S. and I do not want to keep it open any longer. thank you for your prompt response to this problem.
