I Have been trying to log on to my old email for a while now because all my Games For Windows Live games are tethered to it, But now every time I tried to log in, it says it looks like somebody else is using your account. I had called the support and they told me there isn't a single thing they can do to unlock it, I had to fill out the online verification form. So I did that, Trying to answer as best as I could (by that I mean.. I been using this email since I was a kid, I have no idea what bs i made up about birth date and security questions to open the account). I had sent in the request on 8/9/13. I immediately got an automated response stating they have received the verification form, and that it will take up to 24 hours to get a response.

Well, Today is 8/19/13. Its been 10 days. Thats 10 times as long as it said it was going to take. I had tried verifying before that , on 8/5/13. When I tried again on 8/9/13 because it was taking too long, It said it closed the old case for the new case. So I haven't tried submitting a new verification form, its just been 10 days. I want to play my games already, it shouldn't say " Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for us to get back to you." If it takes over 10 days.

What can I do? Is there a way to check? I need my email account unlocked now. How can I get my account back? The phone support said the only thing I can do is online verification form, and that doesn't even work apparently. Can anybody tell me what steps I can take to get my account back now? I have a bunch of games tethered to my account that is just a complete loss right now since I can't play them.
