The following message appears on screen whenever we 'boot up' our laptop. "There was a problem starting C:/Users/Symon/AppData/Roaming/asems.dll The specified module could not be found."
What action do we take, and how?
Windows 7 is what we use.
PS We are not terribly computer literate, so simple instructions would be appreciated.
