About four years ago I set up a microsoft email account through my university at the live domain. Then a few months after I graduated, I suddenly started suffering an error with my email address saying that I was trying to log into Outlook.com with an Office 365 email address. Color me ignorant, but I have no concept of what Office 365 is. All I know is I've always been able to get into my email address through live.com, and now I can't. I have important information stored in that email address which I need access to. How can I get to that information?
