I'm not talking about windows photo viewer but windows 'Live' photo viewer or they one and the same? Will Windows Live Photo Gallery play and upload .gif photos to another site i.e. Facebook, etc.? I have windows photo gallery and it cannot open .gif photos that are set as .gifs.
