I received this email from Microsoft but I have no idea why?

This mail is confirmation that your subscription to Ad-free Outlook.com has been cancelled on September-06-13. ""

I had had difficulty with this account back in May 2013 because it was closed without any notice and it was only just "reopened" by Microsoft.

I did not ask them to close it as of Sept. 06 2013...................I don't know where this is coming from???

I do not want my account closed please prevent this from happening again.
