After drafting a long email reply in Outlook.com, I wanted to make a copy so I didn't lose it. Big mistake! I defined it (CTRL + A) and then copied it (CTRL + C), and it disappeared, leaving only the letter C. I hit CTRL + Z to try to Undo it but that didn't work (so much for using MS Word moves) and have left it open in case something else might work. There's no copy in either my Drafts or Deleted (or Junk) folders)... Can anyone suggest help?
