On 19 March 2013 I upgraded my SkyDrive account to 100Gb. Haven't tried to access it until now. My current storage is set at 7 Gb so I would suppose that the upgrade never happened. My bank account, however, was debited. Since I never received the upgraded
storage capacity, how can I receive a refund of the 50.00?
