Tonight on my Outlook e-mail account there appeared a bar that looked like this and I'm not sure what it is or what to do about it. If anyone can help me to understand what it is and what I should do I'd appreciate it.

x  1653x667 (custom) with a drop down arrow with other settings such as:
320x480
360x640
768x1024
800x1280
980x1280
1280x600
1920x900
Add Preset
And beside this box was another that said "rotate"

My computer has been slow and choppy... could this have something to do with it. And what are these settings? I've never seen this before.
