I have a hotmail account that I cannot access.  Despite receiving a message from Microsoft explaining what I have to do,  I am still unable to access the account because when I reach the questionnaire page it is asking me for an xbox number and credit card number neither of which I have.  I have told Microsoft this several times and still I am not getting access. My job and work are dependant on this access and I am getting extremely frustrated and worried I am losing business.
