Talked to Xbox. Only option that is given to verify my xbox live email and live account is an old email that has been deleted for years. I originally signed up for xbox live while in college and used my college email address at that time. when i
graduated from college my college email account was deleted after 6 months, which is standard practice. my old college email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** which has been deleted since 2009. Talked extensively w Xbox support. My account remains blocked because the
only email that is given for an option to verify the account is through an email that no longer exists. I cannot add another email or sign into my good email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** because I am still locked out. I did fill out the ACSR form several times and got a reply
that I did not give enough information. I cannot remember which debit card or credit card I used and cannot get into my account to check either and I just paid for a full year recently. I have had this account for so long And never had problems so I do not
recal much of the specifics from when it was created but it is my account, I am paying for it, and I cannot use it. Today I reset my password on the account using my phone, received the txt and even after I reset the account my account is still blocked online
and on my console. I verified my console w Xbox live support, also my phone number.
