Basically the same as the other 3,678,049,765 issues. Tried to change my primary email and this is what I'm told. Actually this is the result of a second switch in quick succession: only last night I'd had a shock when trying to go back to my original inbox having used an alias instead for a few weeks, where it was "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now" everywhere I tried to login. This is probably worse than the new error, although considering you're supposedly only allowed a week I'm not sure the previous change was actually complete, which is probably a cause for concern in itself. Obviously in this instance - and now it's a different address that's never been the main one before - it still isn't, after a few hours, as opposed to the minutes they advise. Again, doesn't matter what browser, or even if there's an 's' in the protocol - it's just frozen. SkyDrive seems to be okay though, it's just Outlook and People for some reason.

If you want access to my account, be my guest - if it gets this fixed then it's worth it. Oh, and why does this ask whether it's mobile or non-mobile? Did it ever occur to you it could happen in both environments? Why there's no 'both' option is beyond me. I said no because I'm more interested in desktop for now, because if I can't get it there then I know I'm in trouble.

To anyone who has a proper solution and not a cut-and-paste job (can't say I'm holding my breath), thanks in advance
