I changed my primary alias from my old hotmail.com alias to my outlook.com alias.  After this I kept getting the error message "We're updating your inbox Please wait a few minutes and then try again." After a few hours of this I changed the primary alias back to what it was before.  It's now been a full day and I still can't get my emails.
