I added a new alias last night to my outlook account so i could use the domain outlook.com. This morning i changed all my third party accounts around the internet to this address, then i changed my primary email to this new domain i created. After doing
this outlook was telling me that ''there is currently a problem with outlook, please try again later'' so i couldnt access my emails. I then set the primary email back to my original one thinking this may help and now i get a message saying ''were updating
your inbox, please try again in a few minutes''. At this point i had the idea of setting my primary email address to the new outlook.com domain then deleting my old one so only one email remained on my account. Now its telling me i have to wait a week... this
is ridiculous as all i want to do is access my emails on my new domain name.
ive read all the support tickets here so i dont need to try clearing cache, new browser, antivirus ect... ive done it all. I even contacted Microsoft via telephone and they were little to no use. As you can imagine im quite frustrated at the moment as
all i want to do is read my emails and do some work.
Please sort my account out for me...
