A font called 'Savatage' keeps appearing in Windows Live Mail messages. I have partly solved the issue by changing to 'read mail in standard format' but there is not an equivalent when replying on one of these messages and then the original reverts back to this Chinese looking font.

It doesn't happen in all mail and it doesn't seem to happen in any mail generated from our end but it is irritating.

One of the threads talks about a registry change - which is all well and good but can a technician talk us through it please rather than just give an offhand answer like that?
