Whenever I  try to reply to an email, the email does go through to the recipient, however the page does not change on my computer, it continues to cycle on the sending mode.  To "correct" this, I have been forced to  sign out of my account then sign back in just so I can get back to the Inbox.  How do I resolve this?

Secondly, recently, I can get into my Inbox, but within a few seconds the page changes (on its own without me clicking any keys) to a blank page then doesn't do anything else....rendering my account useless.  How do I resolve this?
