My emails are being downloaded to Live Mail (2012) under Windows 10 O.K..  However, I'm getting a very weird display of my message listings and messages.  There is all sorts of "crud" in the background, which obscures the messages--sort of like if it was being printed on top of something else.  I could provide a "screen shot" of what's happening, but don't know how to include it in a post like this.  I sure hope there is a "fix" for this!!!!
