I have a similar issue in my Windows Live Mail client - it's asking for my Windows Live ID and password but not accepting my password.

However I can sign onto Outlook.com just fine, so I KNOW I'm using the correct password.

It also works FINE on my computer at work. Only my home laptop is having this issue. I have changed my Windows Live ID since I last logged onto my home laptop, and I cannot remember what the old password was. How can I totally clear the credentials and start over? Uninstalling Windows Live Essentials and re-installing did not work.
