I made a foolish mistake in putting in the wrong password a few times in my login a couple of days ago but I am hoping that I do not have to wait as long as 30 days in order to get a new email address etc set up , I gather I will not lose my account and that its just a case of making up another email address etc ? I have
done a scan on my computer already and there are no threats detected.
I did receive a code via an automated call which I am hoping it was from yourselves this morning at 02.53 a.m in order for my account to remain live and a message from yourselves saying that it takes 30 days but am I right in thinking that I have to wait that
long before I can get into my emails ? you say the reason for this is so that hackers will find it harder to access my account but it seems a bit too long to wait ?
I do understand and appreciate the volume of work that is involved in securing people`s privacy though.
Could someone get back to me on here regarding this .
