Every time I open Live Mail, this is the first part of the message displayed, the second sentence in the alert box is: "Make sure your computer is connected to the Internet and try again." Despite the plain fact that I am already logged onto Windows, accessing the available Internet connection with no issues, and even watching my new email messages load in after I click cancel. Is there a way to resolve this weird ongoing contradiction?
