I know this has been posted several times and I have read every one of them and tried the various suggestions.
When I access my former Hotmail account through IE 10, I can see email in my inbox, but I cannot do anything else; read, delete, reply, etc.
When I access the same account on the same computer through Chrome, I do not get the error and everything works.
When I access the same account on the same computer through Windows Live Mail, I do not get any errors.
When I access the same account through my phone, I do not get any errors.
It seems the issue is with IE 10. I am running Windows 7.
The status of all systems, including Outlook, says the service is running normally.
I have tried resting my browser and clearing the cache.
I have never been able to use IE 10 to access my email through the new Outlook. Seems like Microsoft has become too departmentalized to even ensure their own products are compatible with each other.
As this error has been occurring since the change over and is reported by many people, and probably only those who are patient enough and savvy enough to report the issue, what is Microsoft doing to correct the issue? Is the answer, don't use IE?
I couldn't even post this question in the forum using IE 10, I had to switch to Chrome.
