As with many other people, my Outlook account is continually falling over and failing to connect. While I have had some luck being able to access or send email by erasing my History cache, this is only a temporary fix at best.
Checking the status page tells me only that the SkyDrive is having an issue and the Outlook is running normally. Then why can I not send any email? Or access certain emails sent to me? This is frustrating and getting a "cut-and-paste" answer form some Microsoft
moderator are not helpful, reassuring or useful.
