I receive a daily warning message stating that my email account is nearing capacity.  It states that it is recommended that I delete any messages I do not need and to empty my deleted messages folder.  I have deleted most of my emails.  I have kept less than 20 and I have deleted my deleted folder.  I do not know why it continues to send me warning messages stating that I am reaching capacity.  What should I do?
