I'd like to have the send/receive button on the toolbar, but can't find one.  From reading other discussions I see Sync mentioned, but I can't find anything about Sync in Windows Live Mail.  Right clicking on toolbar shows all buttons for customizing, but no Sync button.  So I'm not sure I'd even know what to do with Sync if I found it.  So far, I'd have to say Windows Live Mail is much more complicated, needlessly so, than Windows Mail was.  Thanks for any help.
