I have a PC running Win 8.1, also I have now a Surface Pro2.
The goal is to have all my files  on SkyDrive.
To start I placed a folder of 1,2GB (3500 files ) in the Skydrive dir. on my PC.
If then, via the PC metro interface , I look  the Skydrive; all is available.
If I look via the Surface Pro, nothing available.
On the PC File explorer: Available Offline
if then, I like to make these filse  online only I get the message:
"Sorry, the action couldn't be completed because the file hasn't finished uploading."
Question:
1) how can I see, in windows 8.1 ; what is the progress?
2) if I sign out, do I have to start at new for all the files not yet 100% uploaded?
