Hi um I can't hear anything from my laptop. First the speakers aren't working. I can have my volume completely turned up and hear nothing. Second my earphones... When I plug up my earphones I can only hear out of my right ear, and I know it's not my earphones because when I plug it up anywhere else it works just fine... So I need help.
