I uploaded first video from movie maker to vimeo account. it worked for first time but after that I tried for about hundred times and still not able to share it. I am receiving the same message over and over again that there is Initialization Failure and Failed to initialize the publishing panel with the error: "Permission Denied". This is quite irritating. you need to fix this as I have repair the windows essential 2012 too. give any other suggestions please.
