My wife's hotmail account needs to be verified using a code sent to my own account. However, when I put the code in as requested, it is rejected with the message that it is the incorrect code. I have done this at least 6 times - each time with a new 4 digit code - with the same result. The account will be closed in two days unless it can be verified. Why does the code not work?
