First, my SkyDrive does not seem to synch the folders I've uploaded.  I've uploaded hundreds of files, by copying them from their original locations and pasting them into my SkyDrive folder.  They show up in SkyDrive, but seem to be frozen from the day I pasted them, as opposed to synching with their originals.  How do I get them to synch?

Second, the SkyDrive icon has disappeared from my desktop twice now, in only one week of using it.  I reinstalled the app after the first time and was able to continue using it.  Just booted up my computer this morning and found it missing again.  Help!!!!!
