Hi. I have had a problem with emails disappearing from my spam/ junk folder.

If i leave an email in the spam folder ( for example i received some one off vouchers to print) after a while they dissappear.  

They dont go to the deleted folder, archive or show up in any search.

I have tried on mobile and desktop.
