I created an account for my daughter when she was born in early 2011 so that family and friends could send her emails, pictures, memories etc so that when sego toolset she could look through them and have them as a keepsake... This was our only record! I used to check it regularly but then I had twins too and haven't accessed it for a year or so...firstly it didn't let me in with the password I created and then when I accessed it EVERYTHING had been deleted... I was completely horrified!! I tied to use there tool to get emails back but they said there were none! What!! My child's first two years were recorded there!! What the **** do I do and where are all my inbox messages?? Help! Please!
