Everytime my Mum tries to log into her account it says someone else has been using it. I go through the process to get her a new password and am told that I will be contacted on another email address within 24 hours if enough information has been given
to prove the account is hers. I send the information off and I have now been waiting 72 hours and still not reply. Is there anyone I can contact or anyone that can help, PLEASE she is driving me mad!
