how do I re-gain my locked up files???

They have all been placed automatically in a product RAR

A free app has been supplied 'opener-unlock yet this states it is open yet cannot be used.

A note keeps telling me to buy a product to open the files

But I did not want them locked in the first place.

My resources that are not  MS 'Open Office' do not operate.

Is any one else having these time wasting problems??

Maybe my best way to continue  is to buy a S/sung or apple product and keep out of M.S.
