I do not want to store any email or files on the cloud or web, I want it delivered to my PC just as it is now. My question, how can I do this with my new Outlook.com address?

I am very satisfied with Office 2011 Outlook on my PC and would like only to use my new Outlook.com email address as just that. I want to retire my ISP specific POP3 email address and replace it with the Outlook.com email address and never have to worry
about changing email addresses again.
