Am using Mac OSX 10.7.5

Message for MS update opened; I followed the prompts; update performed and completed;

I had to leave and shut my computer; when I returned and opened Outlook, the account was deleted.

I see folders in the MS User Data\Office 2011 Identities...

How can I restore my Account, contacts, and saved emails??
