I recently wanted to access my account because i forgot the password to my ps3 account, i no the password and email is correct but it say incorrect, so i click forgot password and it still says incorrect email address. I need to access my account or i cant go on my ps3 account. Is there something i can do, i recently did the validation form sent to me by the live chat by Microsoft but i don't know if i put enough information on it. 

Any idea's???
