Hello,

I tried fixing it by restaring, unplugging, plugging back in, using control panel, uninstalling/reinstalling, looked for hard drive needed to be updated and etc...

None of it worked. I bought the mouse 2-5 weeks ago and all of the sudden it stops working and a message on the bottom pops up saying "USB device not recognized".  For a couple of days it did not work, then it moved and then disconnected again. Kept on doing the same by moving, disconnected. Now it is not working at all. It makes the connected sound then the message pops up and then a few seconds later it makes the disconnected sound...

I am unsure of what to do...
