My hotmail account was suspended as it had been hacked. I have tried to verify personal details to reactivate this account, giving as much detail as possible. But after numerous attempts, I have been told to create a new account. And I did!

However, the main issue here is that I have  been using my previous Hotmail account for many years, and it consists of many important emails, work and personal, which I need to access. I need to have access to my old Hotmail account!

Please tell me how to reactivate the account or who I can speak to to sort this out rather than receiving automated responses.

I really hope to get back my old account urgently!
