Please help!  I need to delete 2 accounts and have spent all day trying to clear the message that I need to cancel billing information (I have) and still nothing.  I want these accounts deleted asap and I'd just like to get some assistance.  Thank you.  I have the necessary PUID numbers for the accounts if you need them.
