For some reason, for a domain I set up on Outlook.com yesterday, I cannot get in to manage users for the domain. It just keeps kicking me back to the "Sign In" page at http://domains.live.com - it never lets me into the "manage" page where the domains
are listed and I can get to their users to make changes.
(this is not a global problem...if I log into domains.live.com with a different account it works fine)
Anybody have a fix for this?? One of the user's accounts is telling her it doesn't exist so I need to log in and kick the account / set it up again, but it's impossible to do that if I can't get to the manage page!
I know other people have complained about this in the past...what's the fix?
If any Microsoft reps see this, please set up a private message so I can tell you the domain name / account in question, thanks!
