The only thing I could find was the 'Sunset' versions.  The problem was that the old files are not recognised by the 'Sunset' version.  We have tried contacting Microsoft but they just told me it was "obsolete" and that I should go here to find an answer.

I only then found that there is no place to ask questions about the product here either, and I have had to choose a different product to post on.

What should I do now?
