Original title: Win 10 Mail and Outlook

MS forced Win 10 on me. Win Live Mail 2009 is now erratic so I decided to switch to Win 10 Mail, but am concerned about losing my Storage Folders (and contents), Inbox, and Contacts. Also, I've been reading about Outlook.com but nothing about how it is related to Win 10 Mail.

How can I obtain a backup disc for Win 10. It should be free because I didn't ask for or approve the Win 10 upgrade.
